MEDIA RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY

This Media Release & Waiver (“Agreement”) applies to all individuals attending, participating in, or present at the “Moments” Live Album Recording Event hosted by Apostle Marcus Robinson at Rhema Word Ministries, and all affiliated event hosts, staff, contractors, volunteers, partners, and organizations (“Event Hosts”).

1. Notice of Photography, Audio Capture, and Video Recording:

By entering the event premises and participating in this event, you acknowledge and understand that: Your image, voice, and likeness WILL be photographed, audio captured, and video recorded. This recording may occur continuously and in multiple locations during the event. Participation and attendance in the event constitutes your voluntary consent to such recording.

2. Voluntary Consent

By attending this event, you voluntarily consent to: The capturing and use of your image, voice, and likeness. The reproduction, distribution, display, and public performance of these recordings. If you do not wish to be recorded, you must submit a written request to opt out PRIOR to the live album recording. Failure to submit such written notice in advance will be taken as your full consent.

3. Opt-Out Accommodations

If a written opt-out request is submitted on time: Reasonable accommodations will be made to limit your appearance in audio, video, and photo media. However, complete exclusion cannot be guaranteed, and you may still appear incidentally in recordings (e.g., in crowd shots or background audio). By choosing to attend, even with an opt-out request, you acknowledge these limitations.

4. Authorized Usage of Recordings

You understand and agree that any recordings containing your likeness or voice may be used by the Event Hosts for purposes including, but not limited to: Marketing & Promotional Use-- Recordings may be posted, published, or broadcast on: Social Media Platforms such as: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), Snapchat, Websites, digital advertisements, print media, and any other promotional formats.

Album Distribution & Streaming. Audio and video recordings may be used for commercial album release and distribution on major music and streaming platforms including, but not limited to: Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Tidal, Pandora, and all other common streaming services.

5. Forfeiture of Rights & Royalties

By attending and participating in this event, you irrevocably agree that: You forfeit any rights to compensation, royalties, or financial claims arising from the use of these recordings. All rights, profits, royalties, and income generated from the album, video material, promotional content, or any related distribution belong solely to Apostle Marcus Robinson and/or respective songwriters. You waive any right to review, inspect, or approve the use of the recordings.

 

6. Waiver of Legal Action

By participating (attendance) in the “Moments” Live Album Recording Event, you understand and agree that: you will not pursue any legal action, claims, or demands against Apostle Marcus Robinson, Rhema Word Ministries, their affiliates, event hosts, organizers, staff, or partners. This includes any claims relating to the recording, distribution, publication, or commercial use of audio, video, or photography from the event. Your participation and attendance at the Live Album Recording is voluntary, and you assume all responsibility for your presence at the event.

You further acknowledge and agree that: You are responsible for following all written and verbal instructions provided by event staff and volunteers. The event organizers, staff, volunteers, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, harm, or loss resulting from your failure to adhere to safety guidelines, instructions, or directives. The event organizers, staff, volunteers, and partners shall not be held liable for injuries or damages caused by unforeseen circumstances or events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to: Accidental equipment malfunctions or equipment falling, Weather conditions, natural disasters, or other “acts of God,” Technical issues, structural failures, or similar unexpected occurrences. By attending the event, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with participating in a live recording environment and voluntarily assume all such risks, releasing the above parties from any and all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

7. Binding Agreement

By entering the event premises, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Media Release & Waiver. This agreement is binding upon you, your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
