You, as the registrant/attendee/participant, acknowledge that while participating in any events, activities, and or worship service hosted at Rhema Word Ministries Lake Elsinore or by Rhema Word Ministries,  may be photographed, video recorded, and/or audio recorded at anytime. Your voluntary attendance grants permission to Rhema Word Ministries (RWM) and all of its affiliates, volunteers, and employees the right to capture, use, reproduce, assign and/or distribute the use you and/or your guest(s)'s image(s) and/or sound bytes in any printed or electronically distributed publications including but not limited to the following: social media (including but not limited to the following: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Formerly known  as Twitter), TikTok, Snapchat, and all other social media platforms unlisted in this agreement), RWM website and/or other online affiliates,  videos, email blasts, recruiting brochures, newsletters, magazines, general publications, appropriate and legal purpose, and all other purposes. By attending the event, you and/or your guest(s) hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matters that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to you or unknown. You waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image. You also understand that this also includes any and all photographs, comments, videotapes, sound recordings and other media methods materials RWM creates and uses.
