By entering, registering for, attending, volunteering at, or otherwise participating in any event, activity, or service hosted by or affiliated with Rhema Word Ministries RWM  of Lake Elsinore, CA  (including but not limited to Bible Study, Sunday Services, conferences, summits, classes, and special events), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You understand that you may be photographed, video recorded, and/or audio recorded at any time, whether intentionally or incidentally, while on church property or at church-sponsored events.

By your voluntary attendance, you grant RWM , its affiliates, employees, volunteers, and assigns the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to capture, use, reproduce, publish, and distribute your image, likeness, voice, and other identifying characteristics in any medium now known or later developed.

Permitted Uses

Permitted uses include, but are not limited to:

• Social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X/Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, and any future or unlisted platforms)

• The RWM  website and affiliated websites

• Livestreams, videos, and recordings

• Email communications, newsletters, brochures, magazines, and other print or digital publications

• Any other lawful promotional, educational, or informational purposes

You waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials and waive any right to compensation or royalties arising from the use of such media.

This consent includes, without limitation, all photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, written comments, testimonials, livestreams, and other media created or used by RWM.

Minor-Specific Consent (Ages 0–17)

If you attend with a minor child, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor and have full authority to grant this consent on their behalf. You acknowledge that your minor child may be photographed, video recorded, and/or audio recorded under the same terms outlined above.

If a minor attends or participates without a parent or legal guardian present, you acknowledge and agree that the minor’s attendance constitutes permission granted by the parent or legal guardian through registration, enrollment, written authorization, or implied consent for participation. This consent applies to all minors participating in any RWM program, activity, or event, whether accompanied or unaccompanied.

Opt-Out Requests

Requests to opt out of media capture must be submitted in writing to media@rhemawm.org and cc info@rhemawm.org at least 72 hours prior to attendance. While RWM will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, complete exclusion from all photography, video, or audio capture cannot be guaranteed in any setting, particularly in group settings (consisting of two or more bodies). By attending, you acknowledge and accept this limitation. You have the right to depart the property at your own will at any time: Please note some events may require admission or registration fees. RWM cannot guarantee that you will be refunded for the event.
