Guests are strictly prohibited from creating, attempting to create, or facilitating the creation of any recording, reproduction, or transmission of event content. This includes, but is not limited to: Audio recording, video recording, photography (flash or non-flash) screenshots, screen recordings, or digital captures on any device, live streaming or broadcasting, use of hidden, concealed, or wearable recording devices, use of AI, software, or tools to replicate, reconstruct, or generate event content, Real-time posts or delayed uploads on any social media platform, Any method that copies, stores, transmits, or reproduces content, whether analog, digital, or technological in nature—present or future. If the act could reasonably result in the preservation, duplication, modification, broadcasting, or sharing of any part of the event, it is prohibited.

NO USE, SHARING, OR REPRODUCTION WITHOUT PERMISSION.

You may not use, share, recreate, adapt, publish, repost, distribute, store, or display any content from this event, for any purpose, including but not limited to: Social media posts, stories, reels, or clips, Advertisements, promotions, reviews, or personal branding, Educational, commercial, professional, archival, or personal use, Reaction videos, commentary, AI training, or derivative works of any nature, Any activity resulting in public availability, private distribution, or personal collections. Written permission must be obtained in advance from the event organizers and all relevant rights holders. No implied permission is granted under any circumstances.

ENFORCEMENT AND LEGAL PROTECTION.

To uphold copyright law and protect the creators, the organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to any violation. These actions may include: Requesting deletion of unauthorized content, Denial or removal of entry, Confiscation or inspection of devices used improperly (as permitted by law), Suspension of access privileges. Pursuit of legal remedies, including claims for damages, statutory penalties, and injunctive relief. Attempting to evade or bypass these restrictions is treated the same as a direct violation.
